A Simple Murder is a web series directed by Sachin Pathak and written by Prateek Payodhi that is released today on SonyLiv on November 20, 2020. The series stars actor Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, Priya Anand, Sushant Singh, and Amit Sial in the leading role.

A Simple Murder is a dark-comedy in which comes up with the factor which drives the characters to commit a few chains of events. Some commit it because of having their boring life, while others do it in grees whereas others do it to secure their future. The title of the web series narrates nothing about the web series. It is featuring the leading character Manish, the role played by Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, his wife role played by Priya Anand, and two hitmen. 

A Simple Murder is focused on a murder that brought all these characters who are running from each other. This story narrates the game between police and thief. Manish gets assigned with a task to kill someone, with full of greed and needs he kills the person. After the murder, it turns out to be that he has killed the wrong person who is the girlfriend of Amit Sial. This leads to one heck of trouble in Manish's life as Amit Sial looks for revenge for his murdered girlfriend.  

Manish kills someone because he wants to be an entrepreneur in the near future who is full of dept to pay. He gets mistakes to be a contract killer. Yashpal Sharma, who is playing the role of Pandit assigned him the task to kill a young girl. He is married to Richa who is fed up with this marriage and having an extra maternal affair with her married boss Rahul, the role played by Ayaz Khan who ends up cheating on her too.

Priya Anand has brilliantly maintained the thin one between her innocence and greed in the show. Sushant Singh has also stolen the frame with his impactful appearance and terrific performance in the show. A Simple Murder represents a great sense of humor throughout the show.

There comes a bag of 5 Crore, which everybody wants to put their hands on. Gopal Datt plays one of the vital roles in this web series. He plays the role of a cop who steps upon the evidence and gives out the secret details to the hitman himself. Ankur Pandey, Tejasvi Singh, Vinay Verma, Aleena Khan, and Vedika Dutt, all the supporting actor has done an amazing job. Talking about Zeeshan Ayyub, we can say that he is finally getting what he deserves. for his outstanding skills. 

Looking from the work front, writers and producers have really pulled out this web series in the best possible way. The cinematography and editing of the web series set up the mood in a good way.
