The movie is directed by Nia DaCosta and produced by Kevin Feige. Megan McDonnell, Nia DaCosta, Elissa Karasik, and Zeb Wells are the writers of the sequel.
'The Marvels' will feature a trio of strong female heroes played by Brie Larson as Captain Marvel, Iman Vellani as Ms Marvel, and Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau.
Other than these three, Samuel L. Jackson, Zawe Ashton, and Park Seo-Joon will also be seen in the sequel.
The plot of the film will depict the return of Captain Marvel, Ms Marvel and Monica Rambeau. Captain Marvel, Carol Danvers has recovered her identity from the despotic Kree and exacted revenge on the Supreme Intelligence.
Though, unexpected repercussions leave Carol bearing the burden of a destabilised universe. Her powers become intermingled with those of Jersey City superfan Kamala Khan, Ms Marvel and Carol’s estranged niece.
