To Check your Aadhaar status, if your Aadhar is generated or updated (In case you have updated at an Enrolment / Update centre), the requirements are as follows-

What is EID No- EID is a 14 digits number or 14 Digit ENO (1234/12345/12345) that consists of Mention date and time as per the acknowledgment slip (optional). You must require EID (Enrolment ID) to check your Aadhaar Status. If you forget this EID no and want to check Aadhar Card status you have to provide registered Mobile No visiting forget EID No section.  

From Where EID Number (Enrolment ID) can be Found-

The EID is displayed on the top of your enrolment /update acknowledgement slip and contains 14 digit enrolment number (1234/12345/12345) and the 14 digit date and time (dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss) of enrolment. These 28 digits together form your Enrolment ID (EID).
