The film begins with an introduction of the Dharmarajan role played by Aadukalam Naren, who plays the role of a small-time biscuit maker. He plays the role of father Santhanam's father who dreams big to turn his business into a huge brand to make his son head of the company. However, things do not go as it was earlier planned and Raja's father Dharmarajan passes away leaving his friend Narasimhan role played by Anandaraj who is the constant support of Santhanam's family to take over the business of his family.

Years go by and Raja becomes a worker in a company where he faces competition from another worker Ganesh. Raja is very close to an old age home where the poor people live along with its occupants. He becomes very friendly and close with the newest member of the house Janaki, the role played by Sowcar Janaki. It is her 400th film. Janaki has the habit of telling stories to Raja, and there comes a time in Raja's lives when he reliases that all the stories he hears from her are turning true in the real life.

The film is inspired by the 2008 movie Bedtime Stories by Adam Sandler. The director modified the story in more of the Indian version of the bedtime story. The movie has two heroines and the overall characters are a bit sketchy. The script of the film was meant to take the audience from one content to another but the whole content hardly created any impact on the mind of viewers.

The film's comedy is nowhere shown as it was earlier expected by the viewers. While making a movie it is very important to remember the consistency of the movie. The other two lead actresses of the film Tara Alisha Berry and Swati Muppala have very little existence in the film where they are only seen for their profession, romantic overtures and etc.

Overall, the film was a bit stretchy and the scripting of the film could be a lot better. The acting and dialogue delivery of the film did not create much of an impact where comedy was nowhere seen in the film. The editing and cinematography of the film have also created no impact on the viewer's mind.
