PM Modi to inaugurate Agra Metro Project tomorrow, corridors to connect Taj Mahal, Agra Fort with railway stations

Prime Minister Narendra Modi would be inaugurating the Agra Metro Projects on Monday, confirms an Govt sources. Metro project comprises two corridors with a total length of 29.4 kilometers. The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will also accompany Prime Minister.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi to inaugurate construction work of Agra Metro Project on December 7, Monday. Metro project comprises two corridors with a total length of 29.4 kilometers and to connect major tourist attractions like Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Sikandra with railway stations and bus stands, reads a statement from AIR News.

Working toward making Uttar Pradesh a tourists' attracting hub, the Agra Metro project will surely give boost to the government's plan of connecting Taj Mahal and Agra Fort with the metro facilities, statement adds.

Prime Minister Modi to to virtually inaugurate construction of 1st phase of Agra metro on 7th December. Union Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs Hardeep Singh Puri, State Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will be among the dignitaries to attend the event that will be held at 15 Battalion PAC parade ground in Agra.
