According to ANI reports, the Combined Commanders’ Conference, a premier brain-storming event of the military commanders from all the three services of the Indian Armed Forces commenced at Kevadiya in Gujarat on Friday.
The commanders from the Indian Army, Indian Navy, and Indian Airforce were joined by the defense minister Rajnath Singh in the conference. The minister, delivering the inaugural address, dwelt on a wide spectrum of issues affecting the defense and the security of the nation.

He spoke on the emerging nature of military threats, the critical role of the Armed Forces in meeting threats, and the anticipated changes in the nature of warfare in the future. He expressed heartfelt appreciation and respect for the courage displayed by the jawans during the Eastern Ladakh standoff with the PLA.
