Haryana Government has announced that no new Government Job to be offered in next one year. As Compensation and recovery of loss due to lockdown, Haryana State Government announced to not hide new employees for next one year, said Govt Officials. In the same row Government has also said that Employees’ LTC will be also stopped. On Monday Chief of Haryana ordered to halt new Recruitments for one year, as a part of cut in government spendings.
Clarifying the decision Haryana Government assured that LTC and Dearness Allowances will remain halted for one year. In addition ML Khattar on Wednesday said that limited number of new vacancies to be put on hold, ongoing and essential recruitments in state will be done during this period.
The decision to halt new vacancies for one year is taken following the Chief Minister's order. As lockdown is causing huge deficit in all sectors and services, the Governments have started preparing to recover & demands are also being made to Central Government for the compensation. In view of lockdown due to Covid19 pandemic after Uttar Pradesh Govt, Haryana becomes second to cut DA of employees. However the decision to halt new Govt Jobs for one year, will have no impact on Ongoing recruitments including Haryana Police bharti, Haryana HSSC Patwari, Gram Sachiv pending recruitments, said source. CM ML Khattar also said that in phased manner Haryana Transport services shall start soon.
As per MoHFW report till 27 April in Haryana Coronavirus cases had increased to 296. Gurugram, Faridabad, Nuh and Palwal have been put in Red zones, where the number of Coronavirus cases have surged high.

Haryana Govt has ordered for no new recruitment for one year in state. State Chief Minister has decided to halt the new recruitments to lower down the weight of deficit due to Coronavirus Lockdown. Clarifying the decision CM said, ongoing HSSC and HPSC recruitments to remain un-halted. More than 30 thousand vacancies under HSSC & HPSC are hanging including HSSC Haryana Police, Patwari, Gram Sachiv and Canal Patwari of 2019.
April 29- Haryana: Former Chief Minister Bhupendra Singh Hooda raised the questions over Haryana Govt's decision to halt new Govt jobs in state for one year. Ex-CM asked if no new government jobs is being raised then what is the locus standi of HSSC & HPSC?. Govt should not disseminate jobs and future of aspirants. Ex-CM hinted that Haryana Govt should cut in salaries and pensions of MPs, MLAs.
On Wednesday, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar clarified that only limited number of jobs or non-essential recruitments like University jobs are put on hold for one year. Essential and already framed Government jobs near arohn 12,500 to be completed in this one year. In his press briefing CM assured that all essential and already-in-pupe jobs will be in priority. Exams of Harayana Board will be conducted only after condition turns feasible, said CM Khattar.
