With a hashtag ProtestAgainstExamInCovid a massive campaign launched by students demanding postpone of NEET, JEE Main & other examinations in Covid situation. With more than one million of tweets, students protested against the scheduled examinations in the month of August and September. The campaign starts hours after National Testing Agency (NTA) finalizes new examination dates for various Eligibility Test and Entrance examinations in September-October 2020.
According to sources, BJP MP Dr Subramanian Swamy has raised the issue of postponement of NEET/ JEE & other similar Entrance Exams with the UNION HRD Minister (Education Minister) & has now written to urging him to postpone the examinations to after Deepawali due to Covid19 conditions now, a re-tweet says.
