Karnataka SSLC exams will be held on July 19 and 22, said state minister for Primary & Secondary Education, Suresh Kumar. The minister also spoke about the possible result date for class 12. the 2nd PU exam results will be declared by July second week, he added.
The state primary and secondary education minister S Suresh Kumar said, "On 19th July exams will be conducted for core subjects including Mathematics, Science and Social Science. Similarly, on July 22nd, the exams will be held for language subjects.
According to the schedule set by the state minister, Karnataka SSLC exams 2021 will be held in single shift i.e from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm on both dates. Making a big change in the exam structure, all questions in the SSLC exam will be in MCQ format.

Students will have to mark the right answers on the OMR sheet given to them during the examination. The decision came when the Supreme Court is hearing the matter concerning state board exams on petitions filed by the students and different organizations in view of the COVID-19.
According to the recent intimation, the students will be writing the exams at the designated COVID-19 care centres identified at the Taluk HQs. Every exam centre will have atleast three seperate rooms to accomodate covid symptomatic students, the minister added.
