JEE Main & NEET 2021: According to the media reports, it is expected that the JEE Main 2021 exam for 3rd and 4th phase might happen in July-August. While Medical entrance test known as NEET-UG 2021 is expected to be held in September this year. The Govt sources have told media personnel that the government is planning to conduct the pending JEE Main in the last week of July or the first week of August, followed by another cycle exam within 10 days. Moreover, it is going to take a final call on NEET UG 2021 on whether the examination will be conducted in August-end or September.
According to news agency PTI, the Education Ministry is currently contemplating whether to conduct the pending editions of JEE Mains in July and August or not and whether the medical entrance exam NEET can be shifted to September or not. However, a final decision in this regard is yet to be taken and the Ministry is in process of reviewing the Covid-19 situation across the country.
"The pending editions of JEE Mains are likely to be conducted either at July-end or start of August. NEET is likely to be pushed to September," a source said, reported by PTI.
Citing the health and safety concerns amid the ongoing situation students have been raising their demands to not conduct exams until the situation becomes more feasible. A section of students is demanding vaccination of all students before the examination.

On the other hand, the NEET UG 2021 is expected to be held in August 2021, and the registration for the same was earlier scheduled to begin on May 1, but it was postponed. Till now there is no news on when the registration process for NEET UG 2021 will begin, or whether the exam will be held in August or not.
Amid the second wave of the COVID-19, NEET, JEE aspirants are worried about the entrance exam as till now there is no final update on whether the exams will be conducted or not.
