JEE Advanced 2021 Postponed due to Covid, New Date of Exam Later

IIT Kharagpur on Wednesday postponed the JEE Advanced 2021 examination due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The examination was to be held on 3rd July 2021 for facilitating admissions to Indian Institute of Technology, IITs.

Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur has postponed the JEE Advanced 2021 exam which was to be held on 3rd July. The examination has been postponed keeping the COVID-19 situation in mind. New date of examination will be announced in due course of time.

The decision came amid the speculations of JEE Advanced 2021 examination would be postponed. Joint Entrance Examination Advanced is meant for facilitating B.Tech admissions to all IITs and other participating Institutes. The exam was scheduled to be held on July 3, 2021.

“Considering the prevailing pandemic situation due to COVID-19, JEE (Advanced) 2021 which was scheduled to be held on July 03, 2021 (Saturday) stands postponed. The revised date of examination will be announced at an appropriate time", official notice reads.

JEE Advanced 2021: New Exam Date

The revised dates will be announced in due course of time. For updates related to JEE Advanced 2021 the candidates are asked to continuesly visit the official site of JEE Advanced on jeeadv.ac.in.
