JEE Advanced 2021: IIT Kharagpur the organizing Institute is expected to postpone the JEE (Advanced) 2021 for admission to various programs at IITs, to a new date. According to the sources familiar with the JEE Advanced told See Latest that a confirmation regarding the postponement and fresh date of JEE Advanced 2021 shall be released shortly.
Amid rising demand of students to postpone the JEE Advanced 2021 due to a surge in COVID19 cases, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur has decided to postpone the exam from 3rd July 2021. The postponement comes when NTA and CBSE have already postponed the JEE Main 2021 April & May cycle exams and Board exams of Class 12.
Recently on 27th April a three-member committee was chaired by the officials to discuss the current situation and possibilities of conducting JEE Advanced on 3rd July. However, after the meeting committee told India TV that decision regarding postponement of JEE Advanced exam will be discussed again.
"The decision regarding the postponement of exams will be discussed again, and a communication will be sent to the education ministry. The education minister will take the final call, and will communicate it to the candidates,” an official from JEE Advanced told India TV.

JEE Advanced 2021 is being held for admissions to IITs into Bachelor degree Technical courses. The exam is being held in Offline mode carrying multiple choice questions with one right answer from three sections- Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
