JEE 2021 Dates Announced: Exam from 23-26 February, Education Minister announces schedule for competitive exam

Education Minister Dr. Ramesh Nishank Pokhriyal on Wednesday announced on the schedule of JEE (Main) 2021 competitive exam. Taking to his twitter account Minister Pokhriyal speaks-out on the schedule of JEE Main 2021, to be held from 23-26 February. Here's a detailed report-

Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal has released the schedule for JEE Main 2021 exam, to be held in 2021. Taking to his twitter handle Minsiter on Wednesday comes-out with schedule for JEE Main 2021 exam along with the number of four attempts. JEE Main 2021 is proposed to be held from 22 to 26 February 2021, Education Minister announced.

Giving a huge relief to students preparing for the JEE and NEET exams across the country, Union minister unfolds the schedule of competitive exams to be held four-time in year 2021. "There will be four number of attempts of JEE Main 2021 and highest marks of student in any of the attempt would be considered final", Minister Pokhriyal said in video message.

According to the Minister NTA would conduct JEE Main 2021 exam from 23 to 26 February 2021. Online exam will be conducted in four successive months i.e February, March, April, and May months.

1) JEE Main 2021 will be held four-time (Feb, March, April, and May 2021).

2) There will be chances to improve marks in the successive attempts. Students appearing for Board exams in said months, will have chance to appear in next attempt.

3) Highest marks in any four attempts of JEE Main, would be considered as final marks.

4) There will be 90 questions in total, (including of 15 Objective type MCQs with no negative marking). 

5) JEE Main 2021 exam would be world's biggest examination, Minister said.

Thousands of students were in wait for the schedule of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) 2021 and Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2021 across the country. The examination are being expected to be conducted with some changes in syllabus. Minister has said that CBSE board exams 2021 could be held following the revised syllabus. 

Earlier in the day, Education Minister said, - "Thank you all for sharing your constructive suggestions regarding JEE (Main) exams. We have got your suggestions examined. I will be announcing the schedule, number of times the exam will be held at 6 PM today. Stay tuned".

Minister has also scheduled to interact with teachers regarding the board exams 2021 on Thursday. He'll be interacting with teachers through #EducationMinisterGoesLive online webinar. Minister had interacted with students and parents over board exams. The exams to be conducted with a reduced syllabus, Minister added.
