Five Arrested by STF in UPSSSC JA Exam| Is Paper Leaked? Investigation Underway

Five miscreants have been arrested by STF, UP Police in UPSSSC Junior Assistant 4th January Exam. One student in 1st Shift of JA Exam and Four students in Second shift of JA Exam arrested by STF over in cheating case. One person was seating over another’s place in First shift began from 10 am and in second shift scheduled from 3 PM 4 persons including main accused who were trying to take JA Exam in surrounding colleges were arrested by STF, UP Police.

UPSSSC Commission conducted Junior Assistant (JA) Written Exam on 4th January 2020 in two shifts. First Shift began at 10 AM and second at 3 PM for a duration of 1.30 hours each organized in 8 Question Paper booklet codes at 14 centres in State.

Five Arrested by STF in UPSSSC JA Exam

As per reports five students have been arrested so far in UPSSSC JA Exam. All miscreants in Solver category. UPSSSC Commission claimed to safe conduct of Exam but there are reports that solvers have been arrested related to several gangs. Among arrested students Nitish Kumar Yadav (Bihar), Hasir Ahmad (Lucknow), Kamar-e-Alam urf Monu (Gorakhpur) and Jamal Ahmad (Mau) were arrested by STF.

From Vivekanand Girls Inter College STF arrested first solver named Chandramani Kumar who had replaced Shakil candidate in JA 4th January Exam.

Key Highlights in Media over JA Exam 4 January Paper-

  • In Two shifts JA written exam 2016 was conducted by UPSSSC
  • Students also restricted to take exams over few minutes delay.
  • At several exam centres little kind of violence took place.
  • 40% applicants didn’t appear in JA Exam
  • One solver was arrested using Bluetooth device in Kanpur

Later Commission released the Question Papers for the Junior Assistant (General Selection) Competitive Examination 2019 at official website.

The aforesaid reports are based on media covering over UPSSSC Commission organized Junior Assistant exam on 4th January 2020. UPSSC Commission however not officially made statement over paper leak or any other kind of mis-conduct.

Note- Investigation by STF is underway in JA Exam. Different solver gangs seem involved and arrests have been made said UP STF.
