On May 17, Sunday Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) issued guidelines in Lockdown 4. MHA Guidelines are issued specifying services open /not open till May 31. States are given authority to decide Zones at their level and also decision on Bus transportation services to other states. New guidelines and measures issued by MHA to be taken by Ministries/Departments of Government of India, State Governments/UT Governments & State/UT authorities for containment of COVID19.

District authorities have been asked to advise individuals to install the Aarogya Setu application on compatible mobile phones & regularly update their health status on the app. This will facilitate timely provision of medical attention to those individuals who are at risk. Lockdown 4 will remain in effect till 31st May 2020. Here is list of activities allowed / not-allowed.

With a view to ensuring safety in offices and workplaces, employers on best effort basis should ensure that Arogya Setu is installed by all employees having compatible mobile phones: Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).
Sports complexes and stadia will be permitted to open; however, spectators will not be allowed: Ministry of Home Affairs.
All shops, except those in containment zones and malls, will be allowed to open from Monday with staggered timings during lockdown 4.0: MHA. All shops shall have to ensure six feet distance among customers; not allow more than five people at one time.
Local authorities should ensure that shops and markets, except in containment zones, open with staggered timings.
