In Delhi the total number of containment zones in the national capital is now at 531 & 91 Zones in total are under non-containment. According to guidelines laid down by Health Ministry In National Capital total 5 zones have recovered from Containment zones as there is no new case have been reported in last few days. However the entire Delhi is categorised in Red Zone and as per MHA new guidelines in Unlock 2.0 (till July 31) several essential services to remain even in containment zones are open. On Saturday several new zones in Delhi removed from the COVID19 containment zones list; made total 91 zones as non-containmen in national capital.
Following the same row on Tuesday three more zones de-contained in Delhi, with this the total number of containment zones in the national capital now stands at 531. As Unlock 2.0 begins with more focus on containment zones across the country, the number of containment zones in Delhi is fluctuating as a rigorous process of remapping the containment zones is going on.
According to official data on Tuesday three more areas declared as non-contained zones, making total number of Covid19 Containment zones in Delhi as 531. Though entire Delhi is in Red zone, marked by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare on colour coding, but nearly five areas including Mansara Apartment Vashundra Enclave, E-Block East of Kailash, Vardhman Apartment in Mayur Vihar, Mayurdhwaj Apartment Patparganj and J K L & H Pockets of Dilshad Garden are listed as non-contained zones.
Three more zones in Delhi were de-contained y'day, total number of containment zones in the national capital now stand at 531. In & around area of 11/3, 2nd Floor Ashok Nagar, A 36/4, East Patel Nagar and G-174 and Capital Greens, DLF, Moti Nagar were removed from the list y'day.
The total number of containment zones in Delhi is now 531; a total of 95 zones have been de-contained to date According to the Source of Delhi Government. After Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, Delhi has the highest number of coronavirus cases reported. The national capital has a total of 87,360, cases in which 26,270 active cases, while the death toll stands at 2,742. According to the report, 66,526 fresh coronavirus cases were reported from June 1 to June 30.
Based on the report card of Covid19 cases and thermal screening, testing the areas are brought out of Contained zones. In these respective areas no new case has been found in recent days, marking them recovered but in Red Zone. Entire Delhi is categorised as Red Zone, no place is under Green or Red Zone as per Health Ministry data released on May 1.

Till Saturday the number of COVID19 positive cases in Delhi have reached to 3738 mark. Out of those 61 people have lost their lives and 1167 people have been recovered. Delhi is on third position after Maharashtra and Gujarat where Coronavirus cases have been reported most.
