Adesh Kumar replaces Manoj Tiwari as Delhi BJP President, fellows sending greetings

In a strategic move, Actor & BJP leader Manoj Tiwari who was serving as Delhi BJP President since 2016 has been replaced by Adesh Kumar Gupta. BJP officially released a letter of the appointment of Gupta as BJP Delhi Chief signed by BJP General Secretary Arun Singh.

Tiwari was under the spotlight ever since BJP lost Delhi Assembly Elections against CM Arvind Kejriwal led AAP. As per the sources he was willing to resign right after the defeat but was asked to continue by the party.

Adesh Gupta is former North Delhi Municipal Corporation mayor. As soon as BJP announced the development messages of congratulations are started pouring on Social Media for Adesh Kumar. Gupta, whose appointment will take place with immediate effect, is a former mayor of North Delhi Municipal Corporation and replaces Tiwari, said- I'm thankful to PM Narendra Modi, JP Nadda and other senior leaders of the party for appointing a humble party worker like me to the post of state party president.
