Calicut University 1st Allotment 2021 Out at admission.uoc.ac.in; Check College-Wise List At Student Login

Calicut University has released the 1st allotment list 2021 on the website admission.uoc.ac.in. The candidates satisfied with the allotment can make the mandatory fee payment from September 06 to 09, 2021 till 5 PM.

The Directorate of Admissions (DoA), University of Calicut has released the first allotment list 2021 today, on September 06, 2021, at 1 PM. At UGCAP 2021 portal the first allotment list for UG admission for academic session 2021-22 has been released by all participating colleges and institutes. Those who are satisfied with the 1st allotment have to pay a mandator fee to confirm the allotment from September 05 to 09, 2021 till 5 PM.

In order to check the Calicut University allotment list, candidates have to visit the portal - admission.uoc.ac.in. Wherein, they have to click on a link reading "UGCAP2021: First allotment list". The student login page will open. Upon entering the registration credential and successful login, the allotment list will appear on the computer screen. All the candidates have to check and download the college-wise allotment list from the "Student Login" section at admissionuoc.ac.in.

According to the admission guidelines, those who get allotments have to pay the mandatory fee and make sure that the payment details are in their login. The candidates belonging to any of the categories- SC / ST / OEC / OEC have to pay a sum of Rs. 15, whereas, the charges would be Rs 480 for all other category candidates. The link to make the payment of the mandatory fee will remain open till September 09, 2021 (Thursday).

Those who do not pay the mandatory fee within the stipulated time after getting their name in the allotment list will lose the existing allotment and will be excluded from the subsequent allotment process.

The candidates satisfied with the allotment received shall cancel all their higher options. In case the higher options are not canceled the candidate will be considered for the higher options and will be bound to relinquish the previous allotment and must take admission to the allotment received to their higher options.

Those who have been allotted to the first option and have canceled the higher option satisfied can download the admit card and get admission in the respective colleges if the colleges suggest. However, even after the second allotment, the students of this section will have access to admission.

UOC 1st Allotment List: Documents Required for Admission 

Among the required documents at the time of admission, the candidates shall produce the following documents (in original) at the time of admission in the affiliated college/department/center.

  1. Admit Card (Only for students who received allotment)
  2. The printout of the application
  3. Receipt/Chalan of the fee remitted for acceptance of allotment.
  4. Age proof.
  5. Qualifying Certificate.
  6. Mark List(s) of the qualifying examination.
  7. Transfer Certificate received from the Institution last studied.
  8. Conduct Certificate
  9. S.S.L.C
  10. Equivalency / Recognition of the qualifying examinations taken from other Universities/ Institutions.
  11. Non Creamy layer Certificate Nativity Certificate, Community Certificate, EWS Certificate from the competent authority in Kerala. And
  12. Candidates who claim bonus/weightage marks shall produce relevant certificates

It should be noted that the whole process of allotment to the UG programs will be done by Calicut University. It will not entertain any request for change of any date fixed in the Centralised Allotment Process/ Admission from time to time.
