MHT CET Counselling 2020 (PCM and PCB): Registration, Choice-filling and Seat Allotment Schedule, soon

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra shall shortly declare Counseling Schedule for Admission into Engineering, Technology and Agriculture Science Colleges for the Academic Session 2020 - 21. The Commissioner shall publish in the Website Counseling Schedule for Online Registration for Choice-filling / Locking, Online Verification, Final Merit Display as well as Final Allotment Letters for the Students.

The Commissioner, State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra is all set to declare Counseling Schedule for Admission into Engineering, Technology and Agriculture Science Colleges for the Academic Session 2020 - 21. The Commissioner shall publish in the State Common Entrance Test Cell Website Detailed Counseling Schedule displaying Online  Registration for Choice-filling / Locking, Online Verification of Documents, Display of the Final Merit as well as Online Issuance of the Final Allotment Letters for the Students, which they shall need to represent together with the Original Documents and Admission Fee among others.

The Candidates shall need to appear together with the Print-out of the Online Allotment Letters, Admission Fee and Original Documents for submission for freezing / consolidating of the Seats. Hence, taking cognizance of the forthcoming announcement in reference to declaring the Counseling Schedule. MHT-CET (PCB / PCM) Successful students would be issued Intimation through Press Release in Maha Website, State's Local Newspapers as well as E-Mail Ids for Admission into Science, Technology and Agriculture Science, there is a likelihood of the Commissioner, State Common Entrance Test Cell declaring before after 5th of December 2020 for Counseling including Online Registration for Choice-filling, etc., which shall remain available om Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell Website.

Even as 1,74,679 Candidates appeared in the MHT-CET in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM),  2,11,925 Candidates appeared in the MHT-CET in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) at the same time. The Candidates shall be able to register Online for Choice-filling / Locking for Allotment of the Seats.  Final Merit Lists would be displayed for Allotment of the Seats as per the Dates. The Candidates upon Online Verification of the Documents shall be issued Online Allotment Letters with intimation on Payment of Online Admission Fee for Admission into Bachelor of Engineering (B.Engg.), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) and Pharmacology Diploma (D.Pharm) and Agriculture Courses in the Colleges within Maharashtra State.  

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Agriculture Course: Admission into First Year of Four-Years' Full-Time Degree Courses in Bachelof of Science (B.Sc.) (Honors) (Agriculture) / B.Sc. (Honours) (Horticulture) / B.Sc. (Honours) (Forestry) / B.Sc. (Honors) (Community Science) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) (Agriculture Engineering) / B.Tech. (Food Technology ) / B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) / Bachelor of Fisheries Science (B.F.Sc.) (Fisheries Science) (For the Academic Year 2020-21) 

It is mandatory to appear in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) 2020 for the Candidates belonging to Maharashtra State Candidature, Other State Candidature, Minority Candidature seeking Admission into Under Graduate Courses in Agriculture Universities. But other Common Entrance Tests; such as, Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) / National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) / All-India Engineering Entrance for Admission into Under-Graduate (AIEEA-UG) (The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi conducted All-India Entrance Examination Test for Admission) will also be considered Equivalent to Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) for Admission.

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) Course: Admission to First Year of Four-Years' Full-Time Degree Courses in Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy, B. Planning AND First-Year of Six-Years' Full-Time Degree Course in the Pharmacology Diploma (Pharm.D.) (For the Academic Year 2020-21). 

a) It is mandatory to appear in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) 2020 for the Candidates belonging to Maharashtra State Candidature, Minority Candidature seeking admission to Bachelor of Engineering (B.Engg.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) However, the All-India Candidature Candidates may or may not appear for MHT-CET 2020 as the Score of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE-Main) shall be preferred over MHT-CET 2020 for Admission into B.E. / B.Tech.  

b) It is mandatory to appear in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) 2020 for the Candidates belonging to Maharashtra State Candidature, Minority Candidature All-India Candidature seeking admission into Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) / Pharmacology Diploma (Pharm. D.)
