The Kapil Sharma Show, Gangubai Kathiawadi stood still amid Corona Virus

Once again Corona virus becomes a reason to stand still the shoot in Mumbai’s the film city. Recently, as per the reports the shooting of various television shows like The Kapil Sharma Show and movies like Gangubai Kathiawadi stood still due to the outbreak of the epidemic corona virus until the further notice. 

The Kapil Sharma show, and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi and many other shows and films that are already on air or about to release, their shooting is stands cancelled, keeping in mind the health and care of the cast and crew members.  Corona Virus is affecting adversely to the economy of not only the entertainment industry, but also to the various industries that exist in the country.

And now, in a recent development, the shootings at Mumbai’s Film City has also come to grinding halt. In an interview with a media portal, Subhash Shantaram Borkar, Joint Managing Director of Film City, stated that they have received a notification from the BMC Commissioner office to suspend the shooting at their premises. Following the orders, Borkar revealed that they have cancelled the shooting of The Kapil Sharma Show, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi among others at Film City. ‘We are concerned about people health first.  Some of the shootings that were happening here are The Kapil Sharma show, Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Gangubai Kathiwadi and many Marathi and Hindi serials. All have been stopped with immediate effect,’ he added. This epidemic, originated from China, has shook the whole Bollywood industry.

When will The Kapil Sharma Show resume 

In the latest episode of The Kapil Sharma Show, The Sooryavanshi Team including Rohit Shetty, Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif and producer Karan Johar came for its promotions. Although, the release of Sooryavanshi has also been postponed due to Corona Virus. Now the question arises that whether the public would be able to enjoy the comedy chat show or not.
