According to a report, Raj Kundra was planning to increase the users of his app 3 times and profits 8 times in two years. According to the news, he had made about 119 porn films, which he wanted to sell for Rs 8.84 crore. Even his app was removed from the Play Store and Apple Store, so he created another app. However, first of all this case got in the hands of Mumbai Police. According to the report, to save himself, Raj Kundra had deleted all the information from the app.
For this reason, when the police sent a notice to Raj Kundra, he refused to sign it. It was also said in this chargesheet that Raj never gave correct information to the police and always kept his words twisted. 24 hard disks have also been confiscated from Kundra's office in which the police have found 35 films. At the same time, in another computer, the police have got 16 films, where more than 60 films and PPT have been received from the other computer.
On the other hand, Raj Kundra, claiming himself innocent, demanded bail. He has filed a bail application through his lawyer Prashant Patil. Raj Kundra claimed that the prosecution did not have a single evidence to link the 'Hotshots' app with the crime on the basis of law. The bail application filed on his behalf said that there is not a single allegation against the present Raj Kundra in the entire supplementary charge sheet, which indicates that he was actively involved in the shooting of any video.
Raj Kundra's laywer said, "The contents of the complaint do not disclose any offense against Kundra. He has been wrongly implicated in the case. His name was not in the FIR. The police have forcibly dragged his name in the case. He is being made a 'scapegoat'. He is not remotely involved in any offense of creating 'objectionable material'. The court will now hear the matter on Monday."
On the other hand, Shilpa Shetty said that she did not know about her husband after Raj Kundra was caught in the pornography case.
