Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor's Saaho set to clash with Akshay Kumar's Mission Mangal and John Abraham's Batla House on Independence Day

  This Independence Day will see three big films releasing alongside each other, as they fight for audiences attention at the box office. Prabhas's Saaho, Akshay Kumar's Mission Mangal and John Abraham's Batla House have been confirmed to release on August 15 concurrently.

Actor Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor starrer 'Saaho' is one of the biggest releases of 2019 and has been waited upon for a long time. Directed by Sujeeth, the film is slated to release on the occasion of Independence Day - August 15, 2019. With three films releasing on a holiday, it will an interesting face-off with each other at the same time.

Another film releasing alongside Akshay's and Prabhas' is John Abraham's Batla House, for which he has teamed up with the crew of his film Satyameva Jayate. Batla House is based on a real-life incident about the Delhi area of the same name where a shootout took place in 2008. Batla house is directed by Nikkhil Advani.

Earlier on Thursday, Akshay shared the poster of Mission Mangal, co-starring Sonakshi Sinha, Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Sharman Joshi, Kirti Kulhari and Nithya Menen in key roles. Akshay went on to reveal that he decided to act in the film "specially for my daughter and children her age to familiarise them with the incredible true story of India's mission to Mars".  Directed by Sajid Nadiadwala, Mission Mangal also releases on August 15.

"Saaho" won't be the only film releasing on this date. John Abram's 'Batla House' and Akshay Kumar's 'Mission Mangal' will also be releasing on 15th August. Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and shared the update. He wrote, The clash is confirmed...
