Khaali Peeli on ZEE Plex: Ishaan Khatter & Ananya Panday starrer to premiere on 2nd October

Ishaan Khatter and Ananya Panday starrer film are all set to release on 2nd October. As per the latest report, Khaali Peeli will be releasing on the special occasion of Gandhi Jayanti filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar announced on Monday on his Twitter account. The film will be directed by Maqbool Khan. Filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafer shares a new poster and wrote "Akkhi country jis mad ride ke peeche padi hai, Woh aa Rahi hai 2nd October ko! Toh public ready ho jao, #KhaaliPeeli ke liye, arriving exclusively on @ZeeplexOfficial."

According to the source "Khaali Peeli," the movie is based in Mumbai and promises to be a "young, edgy roller-coaster ride that kick-starts one night when a boy meets a girl". The film story is about two childhood friend, Pooja and Blackie who gets separated due to certain circumstances. Ananya Panday plays the role of Pooja Gujjar, In the movie, pooja Gujjar, who is now a prostitute decides to escape the brothel on turning 18, with a bag full of stolen money. Ananya Panday and Ishaan Khatter will be seen in the lead roles.

Khaali Peeli movie marks Ishaan Khatter and Ananya Panday's first collaboration project. The film has been directed by Maqbool Khan and it has been jointly produced by Bharat director Ali Abbas Zafar, Zee Studios and Himanshu Mehra.
