Kabir Singh Box Office Collection Day 20- Shahid Kapoor's film beats URI The Surgical Strike, becomes the Highest Grosser of 2019

Kabir Singh Box Office collection Day 20 - Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani starrer latest romantic drama Kabir Singh has been running strong at the box office even after about three weeks of its release. Despite India vs New Zealand ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 semi-final on Wednesday, thus making the film's box office collections upto Rs 246.28 crore.

The film's box office collection was Rs 3.11 crore on Wednesday despite India vs New Zealand ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 semi-final in which New Zealand cricket team upset India with an 18-run victory in their rain-affected semi-final yesterday.

Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga Kabir Singh was released across 3,123 screens in India and a total of 493 screens overseas, is the fourth biggest Hindi opener at the box office this year. The film has become the highest grossing movie of 2019, surpassing the box office record set by Vicky Kaushal starrer Uri: The Surgical Strike. It is expected to touch the Rs 250-crore mark today.

Kabir Singh is jointly produced by Cine1 Studios and T-Series and focuses on the protagonist, an alcoholic surgeon (played by Shahid Kapoor) who goes on a self-destructive path after his girlfriend (played by Kiara Advani) is forced to marry someone else.
