Jayeshbhai Jordaar Day 5 Box Office Collection: Ranveer Singh's Film Fails To Put Up A Good Show

On May 13, Ranveer Singh's film Jayeshbhai Jordaar was released in theatres. The film earned mixed reviews at its initial release and failed to engage audiences. The film performed poorly over the weekend, but it performed much worse on Monday & it is expected to perform even worse on Tuesday. The film grossed ₹14.79 crore in 5 days, according to reports. The main reason behind the failure of this film is te bad-word-of-mouth from the critics & severe competition from Yash's latest film KGF Chapter 2.

Divyang Thakkar wrote and directed Jayeshbhai Jordaar, a social comedy-drama. Yash Raj Films' Aditya Chopra and Maneesh Sharma are producing the film. The film stars Ranveer Singh as Jayeshbhai, a Gujarati man who opposes patriarchy, and Shalini Pandey as the female lead. Ranveer Singh portrays a different kind of hero in this film. Supporting parts are played by Boman Irani, Ratna Pathak Shah, and Deeksha Joshi.
