Heropanti 2 Box Office Collection Day 1: Tiger Shroff Starrer Might Overtake Runway 34!

Bachchan Pandey was the only out-and-out commercial masala film that was released in 2022 from Bollywood. The film could have started well, but it became entangled in the whirlwind of Kashmir Files. Now, the film's producer is releasing Heropanti 2, a sequel set in the same universe. This one, directed by Ahmed Khan, is a sequel to a popular film that catapulted Tiger Shroff into the industry.

What has done the trick is the second promo, which has successfully conveyed Tiger Shroff's herogiri, thereby increasing the film's chances. The picture comes across as an unapologetic entertainer aimed at the masses, which is a good thing because that's what moviegoers are currently interested in. The picture is aimed at viewers in the interiors, which is a plus. It has the proper balance of action, drama, romance, music, hero-villain face-off, and emotions. 

Heropanti 2 Box Office Collection Day 1: A start of ₹12-14 crores would have been expected under normal conditions. For the time being, even if it starts at ₹8-10 crores, it will be sufficient to get it out there and build over the weekend.

Naturally, there will be competition at the single-screen level from KGF: Chapter 2, which is still going strong. At the multiplexes, though, it would have to compete with Runway 34, a classy film starring Ajay Devgn and Amitabh Bachchan as the heavyweights. That would make it difficult for Heropanti 2 to create an impression in the marketplace.
