The second clash of the year is expected to take place in Bollywood. Dhaakad and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 are due to release this weekend, putting Kangana Ranaut and Kartik Aaryan in direct competition. While this would be Kartik's first theatrical release since the Covid-19 pandemic (Dhamaka was released on OTT), Kangana will be making her return to the big screen with Thalaivii.

While this may help lure more people during the weekend, it should become the norm for all movies in the future. Kangana Ranaut plays the lead in Dhaakad, which also features Divya Dutta and Arjun Rampal. Alternatively, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is the sequel of the 2007 film starring Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan.
