Comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa detained by NCB in Mumbai

The famous comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa is detained by NCB at her residence in Mumbai. The Narcotics Control Bureau raided their residence in Mumbai today on November 21, 2020.

The Narcotics Control Bureau also known as NCB detained the famous comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa on Saturday, November 21, 2020, in Mumbai. As per ANI, there were some quantities of narcotics products found at their residence. The couple is suspected of doing drugs. 

As per the reports, NCB raided Bharti Singh's house after a drug peddler named her in consumption of drugs. The popular comedian is popular for her stand-up comedy in The Great Indian Laughter Challenge and her role in The Kapil Sharma Show. The couple is earlier seen in Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 10 as the contestants. The show is hosted by Rohit Shetty in which many other famous Bollywood and Television personalities participate. 

NCB conducted a raid at the residence of actor Arjun Rampal in Mumbai on November 9, 2020. Before that, they raided Firoz Nadiadwala's house, a famous Bollywood film producer. They arrested her wife after discovering ganja from their residence in suburban Juhu.

NCB is conducting sudden raids at the house of famous Bollywood personalities after finding their names in drug peddling. The NCB launched an investigation for all the Bollywood film industry associated people to investigate the consumption and possession of drugs by them as there were several chats messages were discovered related to usages and its consumption.  

The Narcotics Control Bureau has arrested approx 23 people from the Bollywood industry for being involved in drug usage and consumption. The list includes actress Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty, manager of Sushant Singh Rajput's house Samuel Miranda and Dipesh Sawant. However, Rhea was granted bail on October 7, 2020, by the Bombay High Court after spending 28 days in jail.
