Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's Brahmastra Part One: Shiva kept doing well at the box office. Ayan Mukerji's picture, which has Karan Johar's support and has received some mixed reviews, is nevertheless doing well during the workweek. In comparison to the 44 crores it made on day 2, Brahmastra's Hindi adaptation brought in about ₹15 to ₹16 crores on day 4, pushing the global box office beyond ₹150 crores. On September 9, Brahmastra was released in theatres in Hindi as well as in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. Along with Ranbir and Alia, Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, and Nagarjuna all appear, and Shah Rukh Khan and other celebrities make cameo appearances. The script and editing of Brahmastra have drawn criticism, despite appreciation for its visual effects.
