Akshay Kumar once again comes to help to financial aid amidst this coronavirus lockdown, which had a massive impact on several industries. After donating Rs 25 crore towards PM CARES Fund, Akshay Kumar has now extended help to theatres. Akshay Kumar also creating awareness videos and donating several charities including Rs 25 crore to PM CARES fund. Now he has come forward to help Mumbai's theater artist.
According to a news portal, a few days ago, Akki called a theater owner and offered him financial assistance, as they find it difficult to keep up in the middle of the closure. While praising Akshay Kumar's offer of help, the theater owner also stated that they had managed to raise funds to pay salaries to their staff this month.
Akshay called them. 'Three days ago, I received a call from Akshayji. He offered to provide financial assistance if the scenario continues. It was kind of him to offer help, but we should find a way to support ourselves. We have managed to raise enough funds to pay this month's wages, but closing the theater will have long-term ramifications. Our approach is to make sure we don't cut staff or resort to paying cuts, 'Manoj said.

From Bollywood to Tollywood, Film producers to directors have come forth in this tough time when the country is facing a tough time during coronavirus Lockdown across all corners. Actors including Salman Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas, Mahesh Babu, Allu Arjun, Pawan Kalyan, Chiranjeevi and more have immensely donated relief amount as their part and several cinema heroes have donated food items to poor on streets.
Akshay Kumar's 'Sooryavanshi' was all set to hit big screens in March, but due to the coronavirus the movie to be postponed. He had shared in a statement, Akshay Kumar was among the first Bollywood film star to contribute to various charities. Akshay Kumar said 'This is that time when all that matters in the lives of our people. And we need to do anything and everything it takes. I pledge to contribute Rs 25 crores from my savings to Narendra Modi Ji's PM-CARES Fund. Let’s save lives, Jaan hai toh jahaan hai,' Akshay wrote.
