On Friday, Railways Recruitment Boards conduct NTPC Phase 3 exam in the first shift. The first shift NTPC exam on 5th February is reportedly held successfully at the designated centers, following the social-distancing and other guidelines laid down by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India. The candidates who have appeared for the NTPC CBT 1 exam have a look at the 1st & 2nd Shift paper analysis along with the asked questions and the shift-wise paper trends.
Taking a leaf out of the students' responses on 5th February 2021 held Morning shift examination, the asked questions from General Knowledge, Reasoning, and Mathematics along with the paper review are hereby provided. Asked questions in the Morning session, Feb 5, 2021, are taken-out here. An analysis of the NTPC Shift 1 exam is as follows-
The computer-based test consisted of a total of 100 Multiple choice based objective type questions, each carrying 1 mark. There were 40 questions from the General Awareness or GK section followed by 30 questions each from Mathematics and General Intelligence & Reasoning. The candidates were allowed a total of 90 minutes to attempt the exam on computer-screen.
Shift 1 Difficulty Level- According to the candidates the Mathematics section was comparatively difficult than the other two sections including Reasoning and GK. A section of students reached the decision that the overall level of the 5 February Morning shift exam was moderate.
As per the initial reports received, the question paper was easy to a moderate level, around 4 to 5 questions from the Mathematics section asked were a bit tricky. Here is a detailed analysis of the NTPC CBT 1 exam-
