Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) on behalf of Indian Railways conduct NTPC 1st Stage exam on February 11. The examination of the 1st Shift (Morning session) is reportedly over at 12:00 Noon with an 'Easy' level of paper difficulty. According to the candidates who take the 11th February 1st shift exam, the level of today's first shift was easy.
"The questions from General Awareness including Static GK & Computer were average in level. The mathematics section was easy in nature.", a student said after the examination.
After the 1st shift examination is over, a review of the NTPC Phase 3 online exam is being facilitated. According to the reports, the NTPC 11 February First shift exam is scheduled to over at 12:00 Noon. The exam is being held online at centers across the country.
The Indian Railways NTPC examination is being conducted maintaining social-distancing and proper safety guidelines released by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. The candidates are allowed entry to the exam center only wearing a face mask/ cover and carrying personal hand sanitizer and water bottle.
As many as 100 questions were asked from three sections- General Awareness, Reasoning and General Intelligence, and Mathematics. There is a negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer, to be marked by a candidate in CBT 1. There were 40 questions from the General Awareness section followed by 30 each of Mathematics and Reasoning. Candidates were given a total of 90 minutes time duration to attempt the Computer-based test.
RRB NTPC 11 February Paper Analysis: Shift 1
The candidates coming out of the exam centers have reportedly told that the level of the Thursday (February 11) held 1st shift paper was 'Easy'. According to a candidate, the overall level of first shift examination is moderate. The level of the multiple-choice based questions from the Mathematics section was moderate to difficult, questions from reasoning were comparatively easy.
Questions from the GK section were from different sections including Static GK, Science, Current Affairs, Computer Applications & Full-forms, and comparatively easier to other two sections.
