Maharashtra-Goa SET 2020 Answer Key: 27 December Paper 1, 2 Analysis & Review- Explained

Pune University on Sunday, December 27 conducts Maharashtra and Goa State Eligibility Test exam. As the M-SET exam gets over, SVVPU would release official Answer key for Paper 1 and 2, at its website or setexam.unipune.ac.in.

Savitribai Phule Pune University Nodal Agency for the states of Maharashtra & Goa, conducts SET exam on 27 December. Holding the Objective type State Eligibility Test (SET) 2020 on 27 December (revised date) Nodal University would publish Answer key. Candidates appear for the Maharashtra and Pune SET June 2020 eligibility test can check the availability of the Answer key, Question Paper and paper review at www.site setexam.unipune.ac.in.

Savitribai Phule Pune University Nodal Agency conducts Maharashtra SET on December 27 at exam centres in 15 cityies including- Mumbai, Pune, Kolhapur, Solapur, Ahmednagar, Nashik, Dhule, Jalgaon, Aurangabad, Nanded, Amravati, Nagpur, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, & Panji (Goa). According to the schedule, nodal agency would release Answer key of SET June 2020 SET exam (held on 27 Dec). Ahead of announcement of result, SPPU Pune would facilitate Answer key of Paper booklet code A, B, C & D. Candidates can check the availability of M SET Answer key at direct link. As per the reports, Pune University conducts Mahrashtra & Goa SET Paper I & II exam in pen and paper mode. The Maharashtra & Goa SET 2020 examination is conducted following the social-distancing and other guidelines. Candidates were allowed to enter the exam centre only wearing face masks/ cover. 

In view of the guidelines for tackling of COVID-19 a high scale safety protocol is followed. Amidst this pandemic, candidates need to follow the new guidelines as per the government norms to lower the risk of a pandemic. Candidates need to wear the mask and gloves at the exam centre. Candidates have to carry a water bottle, a bottle of sanitizer, and a pen of their own. The body temperature of all the candidate is tested with thermo guns, at the entry points at exam centre.

Earlier, the Maharashtra/ Goa SET exam was supposed to be conducted on 28th June 2020, was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic to 27 December. Here is a detailed analysis of Maharashtra & Goa SET 2020 Paper 1 and 2-

Paper 1- 50 questions all of which are compulsory in a duration of 1 hour (10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.)

Paper- 1 conducted is in general nature, intended to assess the teaching/research aptitude of the candidate. It is primarily designed to test reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness of the candidate. Paper Ishall consist of fifty (50) objective type compulsory questions of two marks each. 

Paper 2- 100 questions all of which are compulsory- Paper 2 consisted of hundred (100) objective type compulsory questions, (except mathematical science) based on the subject selected by the candidate. Each question carryies two marks.

In Mathematical Science, a student has to attempt all questions (100) either from Sections I & II or from Sections I & III only. The OMR sheets of the candidates attempting questions from both sections II & III, will be rejected.

Maharashtra SET Paper I and II are held in 4 sets with 4 different Test Booklet Codes viz. A, B, C, D. Student has to ensure that the same Test Booklet Code is pre-printed and pre-shaded on the OMR sheet (Answer Sheet).
