Being a nodal agency, Central University of Rajasthan (CUR) conducts CUCET 2020 Common entrance examination on Day 1 (18/09/2020). The Examination is conducted in two shifts i.e Morning Shift (10 am- 12 Noon) and Afternoon Shift (02 pm to 5 pm). Candidates had to follow the COVID 19 guidelines inside the Examination Halls/ Rooms as well as in the premises of the Venue. A detailed SOP was issued earlier for ensuring the safety of the students appearing for exam. Students were allowed entry only wearing masks and owing their own hand sanitizers/ Water bottle.
CUCET 2020 exam conducted on day 1, 18th September 2020 was in two shift. University of Rajasthan has re-scheduled CUCET 2020 examinations for UI, PG and RP on September 18, 19 and 20. RP programmes will be held OMR based. Candidates will be able to check online the CUCET answer key for UG, PG & RP, only after the successfull conduct of OMR based examination. CUCET Sept 18, 2020 Day 1 examination conducted in OMR based mode for the UG, PG courses admissions. The Examination was consisted of two parts Part A and Part B. Part A consisted of Language, general awareness, mathematical aptitude and analytical skills, comprising of 25 MCQs. Whereas, Part B section consisted of Domain Knowledge comprising of 75 MCQs. Part 2 consisted of three/ four/ five sections. Each section having 25 questions. Here is analysis of CUCET 2020 Question paper for UIQP02 paper held on Sept 18, 2020.
A candidate is required to answer a set of any three sections (75 questions). However, he/ she must ensure that he/she fills right circles in the OMR Sheet corresponding to the question numbers attended. Note: For Admission to some Integrated Programme/MBA/LLB/MCA or any other general Programme, only one paper comprising of 100 MCQs covering English language, reasoning, data interpretations/numerical ability, general awareness and analytical skills will be held. ii. Applicant will have to choose one correct answer and mark on OMR Sheet. However, if an applicant marks multiple entries on OMR sheet for particular question(s), it will be treated as wrong answer with negative marking. iii. There will be negative marking in UI and PG. For each wrong answer there will be deduction of 0.25 marks.

Admissions are handled at the level of each of these Central Universities and State Universities for their respective programs. After the declaration of the CUCET results, the respective Central Universities and State Universities will declare the counselling/ admission schedule and merit list based on the weightage on CUCET-2020 score and the other criteria of PU.
