CTET Answer Key 2021 Paper-1; Check Dec 16 First Shift Exam Analysis, Centre Report & Difficulty

CBSE has successfully conducted the CTET Paper 1 exam today, on December 16. Below is the online paper analysis & experts' opinion regarding the difficulty level in the eligibility test. Candidates can also check the educator's answer key.

CTET Paper 1 Answer Key 2021: Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2021 exam begins from today, on December 16, 2021, with paper-1 computer-based test at all the designated centers. CBSE conducts the CTET December 2021 paper-1 for classes I to V primary stage from 09:30 am to 12:00 pm. Now that the CTET paper 1 exam is over at 12:00 noon, experts have come up with their answer key and paper analysis online. Candidates who appear in CTET December 16 exam for paper-1 may go through the analysis and possible solutions.

CBSE itself will be releasing the CTET paper 1 and 2 official answer key on its website ctet.nic.in. Upon its release, candidates will be able to check their response sheet, solutions, and objection process & schedule.

As far as the report from the examination center is concerned, the candidates were reported reaching the exam center at least 2 hours before the examination. Candidates were only allowed wearing face masks. It is reported that proper COVID-19 safety protocols are being followed at the exam centers. At the entry point, candidates were frisked of any electronic item or gadgets, further, they were checked for CTET admit card and a valid photo Id proof for identity proof.

According to the schedule, CTET 2021 exam will be conducted from December 16, 2021, to January 13, 2022. The exam is scheduled into 2 shifts- shift 1 from 9:30 am to 12 noon and shift 2 from 2:30 pm to 5 pm.

CTET Paper 1 Analysis: Dec 16

In CTET paper-1 as many as 150 multiple-choice questions were asked. Questions were from Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1, Language 2, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies were there. Candidates were given a total of 150 minutes to attempt all the questions.

It is reported that the questions asked in December 16, CTET paper-I were based on the aforesaid topics from the syllabus. Many of the questions were based on the NCERT syllabus but their difficulty standard was up to the secondary stage. Here is the paper insight of today's exam-

  • The test items on Child Development and Pedagogy had a focus on the educational psychology of teaching and learning.
  • The test items in Language I had a focus on the proficiencies related to the medium of instruction.
  • The test items in Mathematics and Environmental Studies had a focus on the concepts, problem-solving abilities and pedagogical understanding and applications of the subjects.
