CBSE Class 12 English Answer Key 2021: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on December 3 conducts term-1 English Exams on multiple choice-based questions for the first time. The examination is reportedly held successfully from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at the designated centers across the country. Students were required to submit the correct responses through the OMR sheets in the stipulated time duration of 1.5 hours. Students who attempt the 3rd December Class 12 English exam now can go through the paper analysis, unofficial answer key, and experts' views on the paper.
Based on the feedback received from the students, the English paper is easy in difficulty level. The Reading and Literature sections were comparatively easier than the Writing Skills. However, some of the questions in the Reading section were time-consuming and a little tricky, reported the team of See Latest.
The official answer key along with the question paper will be displayed on the board website - cbse.nic.in. Intimation regarding the display of answer keys and question papers of class 12 term 1 board exams 2021 will be made after the exams are over.
It may be noted that CBSE conducts the 2nd paper for class 12 as it started with the Sociology paper on November 29. According to the media reports, the Class 12th English Core (subject code 301) paper is held following CBSE's guidelines. Students were allowed to report carrying black/blue ballpoint pens at the exam centers 30 minutes before the examination.
As many as 50 questions were to be attempted by the students in a time duration of 90 minutes. The maximum marks in the examination are 40. As far as the paper analysis is concerned, section A (Reading) was carrying 18 questions where students had to attempt a total of 14 questions, according to the specific instructions given for each question. In section B (Writing Skills), a total of 12 questions were asked. Students were given a choice to attempt 10 questions.
While in section C (Literature) a total of 30 questions were given, of which students had to attempt 26 questions, based on the instructions laid for each question. Students were required to write the correct option that is A, B, C, or D in the OMR sheet.
