UPSC CDS 1 2021 Admit Card Released, One Day exam on 7 February, Here're key Instructions

UPSC CDS 1 2021 Admit Card has been released and can be downloaded from the official website by the candidates. Candidates who have applied for the CDS 1 2021 Examination can download their e-admit card following the steps given below.

UPSC has released the CDS (I) 2021 Admit card for the One-day examination to be held on 7th February. Commission allows candidates to download their e-Admit card from the official website Logging to the Union Public Service Commission website, a candidate can download/print his or her admit card for the Combined Defence Services Examination (I) 2021. UPSC CDS admit card can be downloaded from the official website,

The CDS 1, 2021 Examination will be held on 7th February 2021, with an aim to shortlist candidates for the next round of selection against 345 posts in Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, Officers Training Academy etc. For Admission to Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy as many as 300 Questions will be asked from English, General Knowledge, and Elementary Mathematics. The maximum marks allotted to the written examination and to the interviews will be equal for each course.

How to download the UPSC Admit card: Steps to follow-

1) Log into the website of the UPSC Commission

2) At 'What's New' section follow the link of e-Admit Card for Combined Defence Services Examination (1), 2021

3) In a new window click on e-Admit Card-'Click Here'

4) Important Instructions page will open, going through the instructions, at bottom click  on Yest in reply to 'Have You Read & Taken the Print Out of Important Instructions'

5) In a new window, select 'By Registration ID or By Roll Number' and click on Submit

6) Now Enter Your Registration Id and Date of Birth, confirm Random Image and Submit.

7) Admit Card will be generated, Print/Download that.

To enter the examination venue, bring this e-Admit Card (printout) along with photo identity card (original), whose number is mentioned in the e-Admit Card, in each session. Keep the e-Admit card safe till the declaration of the final result, as it is necessary to present it before the Services Selection Board.

Key Instructions:

According to the instructions given in the e-Admit card, candidates are asked to enter the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the examination. Entrance to the examination venue will be closed 10 minutes before the scheduled start of examination in each session.

Wearing of mask / face cover is mandatory for all candidates. Candidates without mask / face cover will not be allowed entry into the Venue.

Candidates, however, will have to remove their masks for verification, whenever required by the Examination functionaries.

Candidate may carry his / her own hand sanitizer (small size) in transparent bottle.

Candidates to follow COVID 19 criteria of 'social distancing' as well as 'personal hygiene' inside the Examination Halls / Rooms as well as in the premises of the Venue

Candidates whose photo is not clear on the e-Admit Card will be given a photo identity proof such as Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport Voter I Card etc. and three passport size photographs one by one for appearing in the examination by giving them the address.

CDS 1 2021 One-Day Examination on 7th February: The examination will be held on scheduled 7th February 2021 (Sunday). Examination will be held in One-Day duration. 

Candidates have to take care of social distance and personal hygiene within the examination hall / hall and in the examination premises, complying with the norms of Covid-19.

Mobile phones, calculators or any other communication device is not allowed in the premises where the examination is being conducted. Any violation of these instructions will be subject to disciplinary action and will be barred from future examinations.
