NIRF Ranking 2020 Full List: IIT Madras tops Overall, Miranda House in Colleges, IIM Ahmedabad best Mgt Institute

Union HRD Minister has released the NIRF Rankings 2020 of top Colleges, Universities & Institutes premiere for the year 2020. The HRD Minister along with Chairman of AICTE and UGC Chairman announced the NIRF ranking virtually through webcast. The full ranking list 2020 consisting Institutes in multiple categories including- Overall, University, Engineering, College, Law, Management, Architecture, Pharmacy and Medical. Based on the released list 2020 IIT Madras topped the NIRF Ranking list in Overall and Best Engineering Institute ranking. Miranda House College of Delhi University grabbed the first position in NIRF “College” category followed by Lady Shri Ram (LSR) and Hindu College of DU. On other hand IIT Delhi placed on third spot in Engineering category, behind IIT Madras and IIT Bombay.

On June 11, Union HRD Ministry announced the full list 2020 of top premiere colleges/ Universities/ Institutions list in different academic fields. The Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) topped the list of Higher Education institutes in the overall category.

NIRF Ranking 2020 Full List

On June 11 at noon Union Ministry released the full National Institutional Rankings Framework list 2020. In recent list IIM Ahmedabad tops in Management Category, IIT Madras topped in overall and Engineering category, IIT Delhi stood at the third place in the same.

Among the list of top colleges according to NIRF, Miranda House (DU) topped the list of colleges whereas Delhi University failed to find spot in top 3 in “University” category.

The AIIMS New Delhi grabbed the top spot in NIRF 2020 list in Medical Sciences Institutes cateory whereas in Law, National Law School of India University, Bengaluru gained the position. In Pharmacy Discipline Jamia Hamdard University grabbed the first spot followed by Punjab University in the same category.
