Delhi University admissions 2020: UG, PG Online Application process to start on DU offical website today

Delhi University admissions 2020: The University of Delhi (DU) is all set to open the DU UG Online application process from today on its official website. The applications for admission to Delhi University's undergraduate and postgraduate programmes for the 2020-2021 academic session will commence anytime soon. Students who wish to study under Delhi University must fill the DU online application form through the official website - Students will have to complete the DU registration for UG and PG courses till July 4. However, the DU authority has not yet officially notified the students regarding the Admission process.

Delhi University Admissions 2020 will be entirely an online process without any physical contact as per reports in a leading website. Students who seek admissions on merit-basis will be given a chance to upload their marks later as CBSE is yet to declare the results of Class 12th. As per earlier reports, the in a meeting of the academic council, it was discussed that the portal is activated from July 31 to August 9 for students seeking admissions at the varsity to upload their Class 12 marks.

As per the tentative schedule announced by Delhi University, the first cut-off list is supposed to be out on August 11. DU will release five cut-offs, however, no official confirmation has been given by the authority on this yet. Every year, lakhs of students apply for DU Admissions for over 64,000 seats.

This year admission for UG and PG courses will be done on the basis of merit of marks scored in the Intermediate or Class 12th exam while rest will be done through the entrance examination conducted by DU i.e. DUET, which is conducted by the National Testing Agency. DUET will be held for admission to courses like BMS, BBA, BElEd, BTech, BA MMC among others.
