Twitter Hacked: Accounts of Bill Gates, Joe Biden, Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk under Cyber-attack

Under a major Cyber attack twitter accounts of Bill Gates, Joe Biden, Elon Musk & Jeff Bezos hacked on Wednesday. As AFP News Agency reported Twitter accounts of Joe Biden, Elon Musk, Bill Gates hacked to run Bitcoin Scam. After the incident US Media confirmed the cyber attack under which Twitter accounts belonging to Joe Biden, Bill Gates, Elon Musk and Apple, among other prominent handles, were compromised and hacked.

Hijackers breaching the security system of Twitter posted tweets that appeared to promote a cryptocurrency scam. Using Twitter accounts of leading personalities hijackers used promotion of Crypto currency similar to bitcoin, AFP News Agency said.

In view of the atack Twitter Security department released a statement saying" we are aware of a security incident impacting accounts on Twitter. We are investigating and taking steps to fix it. After the Cyber attack Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey said, "Tough day for us at Twitter. We all feel terrible this happened. We’re diagnosing and will share everything we can when we have a more complete understanding of exactly what happened".
