Kamal Haasan's untitled project is tentatively called the "Kamal Haasan 232" form now. Tamil film icon Kamal Haasan took to his social media account on Wednesday to announce a new project that he will be a part of. Kamal Haasan shares a poster with the caption "Another Journey begins" on his Twitter handle. He also shared a poster and poster captained "Once upon a time there lived a ghost." And this film will be released in Summer 2021.

Adding another film to his film repertoire, Haasan announced his as-yet-untitled project with Lokesh Kanagaraj as director and Anirudh Ravichander as a composer. The film will be produced by Raaj Kamal Films International (RKFI).

Kamal Haasan's last release was "Vishwaroopam 2" in 2018, which was released in Tamil and Hindi. The self-directed thriller brought Kamal into intense action and drama. He also has "Indian 2" on the way. The film is co-starring Rakulpreet Singh and Kajal Aggarwal and is directed by Tamil hitmaker Shankar. Director Lokesh Kanagaraj is known for the action thrillers "Maanagaram" and "Kaithi" and will mark his fifth directing adventure with Kamal Haasan's new film.
