Shershaah Release date

Shershaah biographic-action film directed by Vishnuvardhan starring Sidharth Malhotra as Army Captain Vikram Batra and Kiara Advani as Dimple Cheema. The supporting cast includes Javed Jaffrey as Pakistani officer, Himanshu Malhotra as an Indian army officer, The Film is produced by Karan Johar, Hiroo Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Shabbir Boxwala, Ajay Shah, Himanshu Gandhi & it is written by Sandeep Srivastava. 

Music is given & composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, Cinematography has been done by Kamaljeet Negi & the movie is edited by A. Sreekar Prasad. The film is based on the life of Captain Vikram Batra, an officer of the Indian Army, Sidharth Malhotra is portraying the double role of  PVC Vikram Batra and his identical twin brother Vishal Batra. Shooting locations of the film were Chandigarh, Palampur, Ladakh, and Kashmir.
