At the box office, Hridayam continues to win hearts. The Pranav Mohanlal-starrer grossed around ₹3.30 crores in its second weekend, a reduction of only 53% from its debut weekend, bringing its ten-day total to approximately ₹19.65 crores.
It is also doing well overseas, grossing USD 2.1 million (₹16 crores) to far for a worldwide box office take of around ₹35.65 crores, making it the largest grosser for the lead actor, surpassing his previous best Aadhi. The film performed well in Kerala, grossing approximately ₹2.60 crores in its second weekend, a dip of only 55% from a robust first weekend. In actuality, the reduction is considerably more impressive because the second weekend is missing around 25% of the box office due to cinemas closing in sections of the state. The true value drop is only 40%, making this an excellent hold.
