UP B.Ed Counselling 2021 Schedule Out: Phase 1 Registration from 17 September; Seat Allotment on 25

Lucknow University has released the UP B.Ed counselling 2021 schedule on its official website lkouniv.ac.in. According to the schedule, phase 1 registration will commence on September 17, 2021.  The candidates who have qualified through the UP BEd JEE 2021 can check the counseling schedule on the official website- lkouniv.ac.in. 

Based on the schedule, the agency would open the Phase 1 registration window on September 17, 2021. From rank 1 to 75,000 candidates will be eligible for the phase 1 counselling round. The candidates can fill their choices of colleges from September 21 to 24. However, the new registration will close on September 20, 2021. The seat allotment for round 1 will take place on September 25. The candidates have to confirm their seats by making a fee payment till September 29.

UP B.Ed Phase 2 counselling registration is to begin on September 25 and remain open till September 28, 2021. Candidates with ranks from 75001 to Rank 200000 will be eligible for the phase 2 round. Allotment for phase 2 will take place on September 30.

Phase 3 counselling for ranks from 200001 and 350000 and phase 4 for 350001 till the end will be conducted in the first week of October 2021. According to the schedule, phase 3 counselling registration will begin on October 01 and will end on October 03, 2021, whereas, phase 4 counselling registration will begin on October 05 and will end on October 08, 2021.

The counselling fee is set as Rs 750 and the advance college fee is Rs 5000. The counselling process has been set in 3 phases to accommodate the choice of college and preference of the maximum number of students.

This year, UP B.Ed counselling has been delayed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic situation. The delay in the UP BEd JEE result has caused a further delay in counselling. According to the official reports, the counselling process would be entirely online. The candidates have to report directly to the allotted college once their seat is finalized.
