Celebrities like Akshay Kumar and Sachin Tendulkar surrounded beds in hospitals: Guardian Minister of Mumbai, Aslam Shaikh

Would you believe that Mumbai, the financial capital of the country, where even today about eight thousand new cases have come, only 20 beds with ventilators are left? At the same time, the ministers of Mumbai were targeting actors and cricketers to encircle the beds. Active cases in Mumbai have crossed 90 thousand. If seen, there has been a decline in new cases on Monday, but at this time, given the condition of beds in Mumbai, this number is also very high.

Amid the lack of beds, the Guardian Minister of Mumbai, Aslam Shaikh, said that without the need, celebrities surround the beds in Mumbai, so the common people have problems. However, his statement sounded more political because his targets were Akshay Kumar, considered close to Modi, and recently Sachin Tendulkar, who was involved in controversies on the charge of supporting the central government.

Aslam Shaikh said, "People are not following security norms as prescribed by the State government, that why we made it mandatory to get registration from MCD before applying for a ward. However, celebrities like Akshay Kumar and Sachin Tendulkar, who claim to be fitness icons have admitted themselves in hospitals in spite of being not critical causing deficiency of wards for common people"

This statement may sound political to many but it stills holds a lot of weight because people like Akshay Kumar and Sachin Tendulkar are not only financially strong but at the same time, they are also showing no serious symptoms of COVID-19, On another side, common people who are facing deficiency of beds in hospitals have nowhere else to go.
