Grahan On Disney+ Hotstar: Recall The Horrors Of 1984 When A Big Tree Fell And The Earth Was Shaken

Grahan On Disney+ Hotstar: The trailer of a Grahan has been released on June 12,. It is basically based on the 1984 Sikh riots across the country. Many areas of Jharkhand including Ranchi have been filmed in the trailer. Rakesh has shown his wonder not on the screen, but behind the scenes i.e. with the camera.

He is originally a resident of Nichitpur village of Bagmara block of Dhanbad district. He studied up to class 10th from Fagu Mahto High School and 12th from Gossner College, Ranchi. Then he went to Karim City College, Jamshedpur for graduation.

Rakesh, who has studied Mass Com (Masters) from Makhanlal Journalism University, said that in February this year, some people associated with the film got a call. He said, "I wanted aerial shots of the areas of Ranchi, Dhanbad, Bokaro in Jharkhand. 

Coincidentally, I had bought a drone camera just a few days back. Then after this permission was taken from the district administration to take drone shots. When told the reason to him, he agreed and gave permission. After this, I along with some of my colleagues went to these three districts and did Reiki. Sent some visuals first to Mumbai."

He further explains the team associated with the web series Grahan liked those visuals a lot. Grahan is basically based on the novel Chaurasi by author Satya Vyas. This web series made in eight episodes is to be released on the upcoming OTT platform Disney+ Hot Star on June 24.

The story of the film revolves around a female IPS officer named Amrita Singh. He has been shown the post of CT SP of Bokaro. The web series has the story of re-opening the riots file and then after that.
