As COVID-19 wreaks havoc, Radhe release date pushed to next Eid, confirms Salman Khan

Due to rising COVID-19 cases in the country, Radhe release date is expected to be pushed to the next Eid. Radhe is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language action film directed by Prabhu Deva that stars Salman Khan, Disha Patani, Randeep Hooda, Jackie Shroff, and Megha Akas.

According to reports, in an interview with Kabir Bedi, Radhe actor Salman Khan confirmed that due to rising COVID-19 cases in the country, Radhe release date will be pushed to next Eid to avoid commercial loss as people would be reluctant to go to theatres amid the current COVID-19 resurge. 

While talking about the Radhe release date,  Salman said, “We are still trying our best to release Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai on Eid. If this lockdown continues, then we might have to push it to next Eid.” 

Salman Khan also added, “But if cases reduce if people take care of themselves, wear masks, maintain social distance and don’t break these rules put by the government, I think this (the second wave) would die off very soon. And if it does, then we’ll have Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai in theatres on Eid.”

For the information of the readers, we would like to clarify that the Radhe release date was previously confirmed as 13th May 2021 (Eid al-Fitr), however, due to sudden spark in coronavirus cases in the country especially film city Maharashtra, Radhe release date might be shifted to  20th July 2021 (Eid al-Adha).

Radhe is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language action film directed by Prabhu Deva and produced by Salman Khan, Sohail Khan, and Atul Agnihotri. The film stars Salman Khan, Disha Patani, Randeep Hooda, Jackie Shroff, and Megha Akash.
