Just In- 26/11 Mumbai attack mastermind Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi arrested in Pakistan for terror financing. News agency ANI quoting the ARY News reports that the mastermind has been arrested in Pakistan.
Punjab Counter Terror Dept, Zaki ur Rehman Lakhvi was arrested in a case of terrorism financing registered by the CTD Punjab in Police Station CTD Lahore. He is accused of running a dispensary using funds collected for terrorism financing.
Sources familiar with the development say that arrest of Lakhvi is not on his involvement in 26/11 Mumbai Terror attack. He has been accused of running a dispensary to generate funds for the purpose of diverting the same to terrorists, added.
