The National Board of Examinations (NBE) is expected to declare the result of the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination, FMGE on June 30. According to the officials, the board has successfully conducted the FMGE 2021 on June 18, 2021, following the social distancing and other COVID19 guidelines. After concluding the evaluation process of the FMGE 2021 examination, NBE would declare the results online at the official website.
Once the results are announced candidates who appear for the examination will be eligible to check their results online. FMGs who have appeared for the 18 June held FMGE 2021 can expect their result on June 30, 2021. Candidates can check their FMGE June 2021 results online at the official website - natboard.edu.in.
To check the result, candidates will have to click on the link 'FMGE June 2021 Result' button to access the result link. Thereafter, the FMGE result pdf will appear on the screen. Candidates are advised to download and save the result for their future reference. In the FMGE result, candidates can check details including the roll number of qualifying candidates, score out of 300 marks, and status of qualification (pass/fail).
In order to qualify for the exam, candidates will have to need to secure the minimum qualifying marks prescribed by the nodal agency. They will have to secure a minimum of 50% marks on the screening test for the exam. This means that they have to obtain a minimum of 150 marks out of 300 marks to clear FMGE June 2021 Screening Test.

Candidates who clear the examination can register for provisional registration/ permanent registration for getting approval to start practice in India. The examination required to be qualified by all Indian citizens/OCIs who have completed their pre-medical qualification from an institution outside India and wish to practice in India. Candidates have to apply to the Secretary, Medical Council of India, New Delhi, or to any State Medical Council along with the requisite registration fee in favor of the Secretary, Medical Council of India, or the State Medical Council.
FMGE is a national-level screening test for foreign medical graduates who wish to register with the Medical Council of India or any other State Medical Council. The Apex court hearing the matter decided to differ the pleas till the date of examination.
