Mahesh Babu donates Rs 1 crore to the Telugu states and urges to follow Government guidelines

A huge donation is being made individually from the Telugu Cinema Industry in support of the coronavirus victims. Now, superstar Mahesh Babu has also donated heavily. In the meantime, he was a sensational success with the film Sarileru Neekevarvu. He also felt inadequate. The superstar has donated 1 crore of rupees in aid of two Telugu state chief ministers. Mahesh also praised the decisions taken by the two state governments to curb the coronavirus.

Mahesh Babu asked everyone not to leave his leg out of the house as a responsible person. The superstar asked everyone to act as told by the government. stay at home for 21 days. Mahesh Babu says that the time has come for us to protect ourselves.

While Nithiin was amongst the first Telugu actors to come forward and make a donation for coronavirus crisis, Pawan Kalyan took to Twitter this morning and announced a massive donation of Rs 50 lakh each to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana CM relief fund. The actress-cum-politician also contributed Rs 1 crore to Prime Minister's Relief Fund for combating the catastrophic pandemic. Once the facility Star of Tollywood stepped into action, remaining stars are following him one by one.

Mahesh Babu urges to follow Government guidelines

Mahesh Babu took to his official social handle today (March 26) and announced that he’ll be contributing Rs 1 crore to the CM Relief Fund of the Telugu states. Requesting everyone to come forward and make a donation towards the cause, the Telugu superstar wrote in his post “Let's battle the COVID-19 as a nation! I urge everyone to follow the rules put forth by our Government.

Earlier this morning, Ram Charan came forward and donated Rs 70 lakh to aid the laudable efforts of the Central and both the Telugu state governments. Besides actors, directors like Koratala Siva, VV Vinayak, Trivikram Srinivas and Anil Ravipudi have contributed big amounts to combat the pandemic.
